Ingredients:

  • 2 beets
  • ¼ cup red cabbage
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 celery stalk ribs

2. Deep Red Detox

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beet
  • A lemon
  • ½ cup parsley

What to do:

3. Spinach With A Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 lemon

4. Citrusy Green Juice 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 celery rib
  • ½ cup parsley
  • A lemon

What to do:

Chop the celery and parsley, and peel the oranges. Add all of it to your blender. Squeeze lemon juice and drink.

5. Refreshing Cucumber Kale 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1½ cups kale
  • 1 lemon

What to do:

Add the cucumber and kale to your blender. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well and drink fresh.

6. Golden Turmeric Cleanse

Ingredients:

  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 3 lemons

What to do:
