Meige Syndrome Treatment

1. Yoga Is Capable Of Treating Dystonia.

Meige syndrome can be treated by practicing yoga. Yoga strengthens the body, maintains balance as well as encourages better blood circulation. It allows the mind to voluntarily control all your muscular functions. Yoga also helps to keep the entire body strong and healthy.

The varuna plant’s leaves as well as roots are useful in this condition. So, crush some varuna leaves and form a paste with water. Apply this over the affected area and observe quick results.

 3. Swarna Bhasma Works Like Magic To Cure Dystonia.

Swarna bhasma has the ability to balance your Vata, Pitta as well as Kapha. Ayurveda believes that an imbalance between these humors is a major cause for all the diseases. So, you can consume 15mg of swarna bhasma made from pure gold every day, before or after your meals to get relief from the symptoms of meige syndrome.

4. Massage Helps In A Faster Recovery.

An effective Ayurvedic massage with essential oils aids faster recovery. Since clove oil is antibacterial in nature, it’s beneficial in the condition as well as for your overall health. It also has antioxidants to boost your immune system.

5. Garlic And Turmeric Paste Improves Skin Health.

Garlic as well as turmeric are abundant in antioxidants. So, prepare a paste by crushing 2-3 cloves of garlic and add a pinch of turmeric. Apply this paste on the affected area to effectively cure the symptoms of dystonia.
