Suhanjana, also known as Moringa Oliefera is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic as well as a healing plant. So, grind the leaves of moringa into a fine paste and apply over the inflamed area.
2. Arjuna Bark Powder Is Highly Effective.
Arjuna is a popular Ayurvedic herb. It strengthens the bone and increases its density. Take 250mg of Arjuna bark powder twice daily with water for quick results.
3. Boswellia Serrate Soothes Bone Disease Pain.
Since Boswellia Serrate or the Indian frankincense is anti-inflammatory in nature, it can effectively treat bone diseases like arthritis. So, boil some Boswellia tree leaves in a cup of water and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. Strain the tea and consume warm.
