Eczema refers to a skin disease that causes the skin moisture to reduce, creating paths for bacteria to penetrate the skin. Eczema symptoms lead to rough skin that’s also dry, scarred (eczema rashes), and red. However, these symptoms may also be observed in a person without the disease. So, it is important to study eczema symptoms in detail before learning about how to treat eczema.

What Are Eczema Scars Like?

Eczema is a chronic skin disease. It not only causes itching and irritation on the skin, but also leaves behind uneven scars. The eczema rash turns into a scar when itched continuously, or when it stays on the skin for a long time. If eczema is not treated in its initial stages, then it progresses throughout the body. The scars may disappear on their own. But the process of self-healing may take a long time. Eczema symptoms and eczema scars can be treated naturally through Ayurveda.
