2. Hot Compress Cures Intense Pain.
The heat from a hot compress releases the pressure from your spine. So, boil some water in a bowl and soak a piece of cloth in it. The water should not be too hot. Drain out the excess water from the cloth and keep it on the back. Keep it for 15 minutes and repeat.

Essential oils penetrate into the skin and start the healing process immediately. Therefore, use essential oil with anti-inflammatory abilities such as lavender essential oil. Add a few drops of the oil in your bathing water to soothe the pain.

Spinal stenosis exercises are essential for improvement. Sitting leg stretches, knee to chest stretches on the floor, back stretches, etc. help in reducing the pain.
