Women’s Health: Watch Out For The Common Problems Faced By Women

Women are powerful, beautiful, and successful. However, it is their own negligence that hinders their achievements and also daily routine. Women do not eat and rest properly while taking care of other people around. Several kinds of research show that women lack significant nutrients like folic acid, iron, calcium, vitamin D, as well as other essential minerals. This puts women’s health at risk. There’s no doubt that a woman can do everything she wants in life. However, common problems faced by women need addressing. So, let’s first understand the most frequently occurring ladies problem in order to find a better solution in the light of Ayurveda.

Women Problems

1. Lack Of Hemoglobin Is Risky.

Women expel blood in their monthly cycles. Some women face excessive bleeding that can reduce hemoglobin in the system. Therefore, drinking apple and beetroot juice maintains the level right and prevents such women problems.

2. Women Have Weak Bones & Muscles.

Studies show that women have weaker bones leading to diseases like osteoporosis and arthritis. The lack of iron, as well as calcium in the diet, is the major reason. Triphala is beneficial in strengthening bones and balancing the doshas. 

3. Mood Swings Are Women’s Health Issues.

Amongst the biggest women problems is a painful menstrual cycle as well as menopause. Females experience changes in the body like firm breasts, bloating, irritation, and discomfort. Therefore, such women must drink a cup of fennel tea for relief.

4. Depression Is A Serious Ladies Problem.

Sometimes, loneliness, lack of support, failure, loss of a loved one, and childbirth can be the cause of depression. In this case, practicing Abhyanga massage prevents problems faced by women. Massaging the head and soles of the feet with sesame oil can release happy hormones.

5. Women Might Have Weak Hearts.

Women do not exercise often, which is one of the many women’s health issues. So, cholesterol, as well as high blood pressure levels, harm heart health. Thus, garlic is known to be the best Ayurvedic remedy for the same. 

6. Vaginal Yeast Infection Is The Enemy. 

Vaginal yeast infection, as well as urinary tract infection (UTI), are the two most common ladies problem. These are a Kapha Dosha disorder. So, use castor oil containing garlic juice to treat the infection. Consume anti-fungal herbs like Tulsi and Neem.

7. Forgetfulness & Confusion Increase With Anxiety.

Women who handle work and home together stay on their toes. The anxiousness affects their memory, and they often forget things. Taking 500mg of Brahmi with water every day helps prevent such problems faced by women.
