5 Successful Juicing Recipes For Fat Loss

1. Tomato + Cucumber + Celery

High in nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin A, antioxidants, soluble fibre, and water, this juice hydrates and refreshes your body. You won’t feel like munching on unhealthy snacks through the day.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup cucumber
  • ½ cup tomato
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 3 drops of honey (optional)

Chop the cucumber, tomato, and celery. Add it to your blender. Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper. Blend it until it reaches a liquid consistency. Add water as per your need. Finally, pour it out, sweeten it with a bit of honey and stir well.

2. Watermelon Lemonade

This delicious red lemonade is popular among the juice recipes for diet. It restores the acid-alkaline balance of your digestive system, flushes a whole lot of toxins out of your body, aids weight loss, and also improves skin.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup of watermelon
  • 1 lemon
  • 4-5 mint leaves (optional)

Slice up the watermelon and add it to your blender. Squeeze the juice of the lemon, add the mint, and start the blender. Once it turns into a juice, pour it out and drink fresh.

3. Ginger + Orange

We love this juicing weight loss recipe; orange tastes fabulous with a punch of ginger. Incredibly low in calories, this juice helps you burn more fat, boosts your metabolism, gives you stamina, and also reduces stress.

What you’ll need:

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 inch ginger root

Peel and deseed the oranges, and chop the ginger into pieces. Pop everything into your blender and turn it on. Once it reaches a puree-like consistency, pour it into your glass. Drink it in place of your morning chai.

4. Beetroot + Celery

Next on our list of juicing recipes for fat loss is this superb pre-workout meal. Beet and celery juice has nutrients like potassium, soluble fibre, iron, and vitamin C. It cleanses the body excellently, helps your stomach feel full. It looks gorgeous too.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 beet
  • ½ cup celery
  • ½ fresh lemon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (optional)

Chop the beetroot and celery. Just blend them together until they form a thick liquid. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and add the salt. Stir and pour out. We recommend having this juice for lunch. Don’t hesitate to drink a bit more if you’re not filled up enough.

5. Kale + Cucumber + Carrot

No juicing for weight loss recipe list is complete without a drink like this! It’s a fat reducer, toxin flusher and energy booster – all 3 power drinks in one. Ideal for a hot summer day. It might not taste the best, but it it’s loaded with nutrients.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Chop the kale, cucumber and carrots into small pieces. Add them all to the blender and give it a good whirl. When it turns into a juice, pour it into a tall glass. Sweeten it with the honey and stir well. Enjoy it fresh!

A Quick Piece of Advice…

Rather than going on full fledged fast that may not be the healthiest or safest option, we recommend substituting some calorie dense meals with healthy juices. Incorporate them into a healthy lifestyle that includes daily activities like yoga as well as a nutritious diet that includes more of Sattvic food.
