    Licorice is quite a popular herb found in the Himalayas. Its botanical name is Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn. In Sanskrit, it’s known as Yashtimadhu. Licorice in Ayurveda has been used for ages to treat a very wide range of problems. You can use it both internally as well as externally.
