  • Take 150g of sea buckthorn and rinse them well.
  • Squeeze out the juice.
  • Add the juice, some berries as well as black tea in a kettle.
  • Pour 500ml of boiling water and let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes.
  • Strain the tea and add a tablespoon of honey.
  • Enjoy warm!
