Incorporate the best nuts in your everyday diet along with the right fruits and veggies. This way, you can snack your way towards better cardiovascular health. Go ahead and eat these nuts to lower cholesterol, and you’ll reduce the risk of contracting related heart diseases.

2. Cashew Nut Is Cholesterol-Free

Eating nuts like cashew help reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular problems. When your cholesterol levels are under control, it keeps your heart healthy. Cashews contain healthy fats, proteins, and fiber that are all good for your overall well-being.

3. Lower Cholesterol With Almonds

Being rich in vitamin E, essential minerals, monounsaturated fats, and fiber, almonds are the best nuts to lower cholesterol. They also lower your blood sugar levels which reduces the risk of diabetes. Plus, almonds are fat-free nuts that also help manage your weight. Take 5 soaked almonds with a tbsp honey every day and you’ll observe a significant difference.

4. Hazelnuts To Reduce Cholesterol

Eating either form of hazelnut – roasted, dry or raw, may help curb your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. There’s no increase in the body fat and you feel more energetic during the day.
