1. Your Rashes Recover Better.

Baking soda fights bacteria, reduces inflammation, dries up wounds, and eases skin irritation. It’s particularly beneficial in cases where the rashes develop due to excess acidity, since this ingredient establishes a healthy pH balance on skin.

How to use it:

Get some baking soda as well as extra virgin coconut oil. Mix them to form a thick paste and then, gently massage it onto your irritated skin. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 5 minutes.

2. Your Acne Scars Fade.

One of the amazing things about using baking soda for the face is that it gets rid of those stubborn acne scars. Sodium bicarbonate is well-known as an excellent exfoliator – it promotes the loss of dead cells, along with which your scars fade away too.

How to use it:

Squeeze the juice of a lemon and add 1 teaspoon of it to 2 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate. Mix it into a paste and then massage it onto your face. It should dry by 8-10 minutes. After that, rinse it with lukewarm water. And then, remember to moisturise your skin well!

How to use it:

Mix two parts of baking soda with one part honey to form a cream. Just massage it onto your skin. Let it work its magic for 10 to 15 minutes and then, rinse it off with lukewarm water.

5. Your Blackheads Go Away Too.
