    The scientific name of atis is aconitum heterophyllum. Also called Indian Atees and Ativisha, this herb has several uses in Ayurvedic medicine. We’ll tell you all about it in this article about the dosage, side effects, and health benefits of Atis.

    Health Benefits Of Atis (Plus Dosage And Side Effects)

    • It significantly reduces toxin levels.
    • It reduces weight.
    • This herb pacifies all three doshas.
    • It heals digestive ailments.
    • It boosts strength.
    • Atis heals fevers, cough, and cold.
    • It treats bleeding disorders.
    • It reduces inflammation.
    • This herb boosts libido and sexual stamina.
    • It warms the body.
    • It helps wounds heal better.

    Dosage

    Doctors generally prescribe taking atis herbal medicine in the form of the root. Adults typically take not more than 3 grams a day, while children can take up to 1 gram. However, only a doctor can prescribe the correct dosage for your individual case.

    • Aggravation of Vata.
    • Dehydration
