1. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) For Vision

This wonder herb for eyesight is how you can correct your vision naturally. It has multiple benefits to improve the overall eye health with regular use. Amla (Indian gooseberry) helps strengthen the eye muscles and prevent the formation of cataract.

2. Bhringraj For Eyes

With this simple ayurvedic remedy for eyesight, you can naturally improve your vision. Simply apply some bhringraj paste or bhringraj oil over your eyelids every day for a few minutes, and you’ll feel the restoration process.

3. Licorice To Improve Eyesight

Licorice is one of the best herbs for eyesight. Just mix a tbsp of licorice powder in cow’s milk and drink it twice daily. You can also use clarified butter (ghee ) or honey for the purpose.

4. Triphala Eye Wash

You can use Triphala as a natural eyewash that’s 100% effective as well as organic. Triphala is a mix of amla, haritaki, and vibhitaki and all the ingredients act as a tonic for your overall health. 9. Rose For Eyes
