3. Chickpea Flour

It is satiating, nutritious and probably the only leguminous flour. It’s enriched with B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, fiber and folate making it an ideal choice.

4. Brown Rice Flour

The healthier alternative to white rice is brown rice. Its flour contains bran, protein, fiber, and fats necessary for good health. It has 79% more Vitamin B than white rice along with iron as well as magnesium.

5. Tapioca Flour

It’s one of the most popular gluten-free flours and also a common alternative of wheat or rice. You can prepare pudding, khichadi or pancakes with Tapioca as it’s a versatile breakfast ingredient.

6. Coconut Flour

It’s a universal fruit as well as a significant flour ingredient. 7. Oat Flour
