2. Child’s Pose

3. Anulom Vilom

4. Legs Up The Wall

Viparita Karani or the Legs Up The Wall pose is one that has absolutely no twists and turns. Neither does it require you to bend. This is one comforting yoga pose for maintaining your kidney health. It reduces all the tensions from your body and problems like kidney stone and blood pressure also decreases.

5. Camel Pose

This pose of yoga for kidney diseases effectively helps them detox and prevent a majority of kidney stone symptoms. There happens an enhanced circulation of blood to oxygenate these bean-shaped organs. And regular practice of the Camel pose will help you prevent the relapse of kidney stones.
