Take about 6 grams of flax seeds and boil them in two cups of water. Once it reduces to half, take it off the heat and add 20g of ghee along with 20g of jaggery. Consume this decoction every day and see the difference.
2. Fenugreek Is The Best Home Remedy In the Absence Of Menstruation.
Take one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and add them to a cup of water. Let these soak overnight. Next morning, strain the water and drink it on an empty stomach. Have it every day to get better results.
3. Dill Weed Cures Amenorrhea To Better Your Health.
Since dill weed is enriched with medicinal properties, you can have it raw or prepare its tea. Simply add some crushed dill seeds to a cup of boiling water. Strain the tea and drink it to cure amenorrhea. It effectively regulates the absence of menstruation.
4. Women’s Health Can Be Certain With Sweet Fennel.
In a cup of water, add some jaggery with a spoonful of fennel seeds. Boil the same till it reduces to half. Since the mix acts like a health tonic, you may drink it hot. It provides the required nourishment and is mostly given to women post pregnancy. And, it also cures the symptoms of no periods.
5. No Periods? Parsley Tea Alleviates The Amenorrhea Symptoms.
Parsley contains apiol as well as myristicin that helps contract the uterus. So, prepare a tea by adding parsley to one cup water. Let the water boil for about 2-3 minutes. Strain the same, drink it thrice every day and go from no periods to regular periods.
