2. Aloe Vera Alleviates Erythema Nodosum.

It is very well known that aloe vera gel soothes the skin as well as heals the damaged cells. It even removes the marks of the erythematous rash. So, apply some aloe vera gel directly to the rashes and wash after 20 minutes.

3. Green Tea Cold Compress Works Best For Erythema.

In simple terms, if you ask, what is erythema? It is a severe type of skin irritation! Green tea, being antimicrobial as well as cooling in nature, helps heal the erythema nodosum symptoms quickly. After using a green tea bag, store it in the refrigerator. Keep the bag on the erythematous rash for 15 minutes. Wipe with clean cloth thereafter.

4. Tea Tree Oil Is Antimicrobial.

Essential oils are a popular remedy. And, the tea tree essential oil is one such beneficial erythema nodosum treatment since it’s anti-inflammatory in nature to kill the harmful bacteria. So, dilute around 10 drops of the oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil like coconut oil and gently rub gently the skin. Wash off after 15 minutes.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar Is Pro Skin Tonic.

The acetic acid present in apple cider vinegar assists faster recovery as well as heals the skin lesions, sores as well as rashes. Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply on the affected area. Wash after 20 minutes of application.
