How to stop white discharge (leukorrhea discharge)? Try these natural ingredients:
1. Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds help maintain the pH balance of the vagina. Take 2-3 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and soak them in 1 cup water overnight. You can either strain the water or consume it along with the seeds every morning. Fenugreek is bitter in taste so one can also add honey to it.
2. Indian Gooseberry
Extract the juice from 2 berries and drink it once every day. You can also have a tablespoon of amla powder mixed in honey if the juice cannot be obtained. It will help reduce the leukorrhea discharge day by day.
How to stop white discharge with saffron? Boil 2-3 strands of saffron in water. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool. Drink this water every day to prevent the formation of vaginal infections.
4. Coriander Seeds
Take some dried coriander seeds and boil them in two cups of water. Let the water reduce to one cup and then strain the water to get the tea. Drink this to remove toxins from your body.
5. Arjuna Bark & Shatavari Roots
- 10g Arjuna bark
- 4g Shatavari roots
Grind these into a powder. Add the powder in one cup of milk and 4 cups water. Let the mixture boil till milk remains. Strain it through a muslin cloth. Consume the mix every morning on an empty stomach.
