Parkinson’s Disease Treatment

Any Parkinson’s disease treatment requires not just over-the-counter medications but also certain changes in the lifestyle of the person, along with some effective home remedies.

1. Cowhage

Cowhage is a herb more popularly known as kapikachu. Boil it in 2 cups of water for about 10 minutes and then strain it. Your cowhage tea is ready. Drink it two times a day for best results.

2. Abhyanga Prevents The Early Symptoms Of Parkinson’s.

In Parkinson’s disease treatment, an Ayurvedic abhyanga massage can be extremely helpful. Use natural virgin coconut oil or ghee if you do not have herbal oils at home. You can also prepare a liniment by adding Brahmi as well as some neem leaf powder to water.

3. Yoga for Parkinson’s Disease Is Beneficial.

Yoga for Parkinson’s includes postures like Utkatasana (Chair pose), Navasana (Boat Pose) as well as Salabhasana (Locust). It is difficult to move around easily with Parkinson’s disease and therefore light movements are suggested while exercising or practicing yoga.

4. Shankhpushpi Is A Vital Ingredient.

Shankhpushpi roots work like nerve sedatives. They relax as well as heal your brain nerves. Make a powder out of the roots of this plant. And, consume 20g of this powder with one tsp honey.

5. Diet Is Important.

A healthy and organic diet is of utmost importance for Parkinson’s disease treatment. Therefore, have a combination of proteins (See: Protein-Rich Foods), essential vitamins, antioxidants (see: Foods High in Antioxidants), as well as minerals. This is the correct nutrient plan for the treatment as well as prevention of Parkinson’s.
