Yoga for sinus complements the primary sinusitis treatment. For those wondering what is sinusitis: sinus is a hollow cavity in the skull that contains a layer of mucus. When inflammation or swelling develops in the lining of the sinus, it leads to congestion. This is called sinusitis. The sinusitis symptoms include sinus headache, facial pain as well as a stuffy nose.
