1. Garlic Helps Subside The Athlete’s Foot Symptoms.

Since garlic contains antimicrobial as well as antiseptic properties, it is highly effective against fungal infections. Therefore, have 1-2 garlic cloves every day in the morning on an empty stomach. Add it to your meals or simply apply some fresh garlic paste twice daily.

2. Marigold Is Beneficial.

Mix a tablespoon of coconut oil with freshly chopped marigold and warm it up just a tad bit. Once it cools, rub it on the infected skin. Regularly apply this oil for about 2-4 weeks depending upon the severity, and the athlete’s foot symptoms will start to subside.

Since lemon is highly rich in vitamin C and other nutrients, lemon juice is among the best treatment ingredients.  You can simply drink lemon water every day or regularly apply diluted lemon over the affected areas to soothe the condition.

Neem oil as well as neem leaves are great for athlete’s foot treatment. Since neem is antifungal in nature you can gently massage it on the affected area and do this twice everyday.
