Hair fall these days is like an epidemic affecting both men and women. For men, it’s more hereditary, due to a hectic lifestyle and inadequate nutritional intake. Stress just adds to the issue, creating havoc. You cannot stop the damage but you can, of course, slow down the process. And here you have a must-try hair loss treatment for men!

Hair Loss Treatment For Men

1. Mustard Oil

This natural hair loss treatment for men shows results in just a week’s time. In a cup of mustard oil boil, a few henna (mehndi) leaves and filter the mixture to later store in a jar or bottle. Everyday, massage all your bald areas with this oil and you’ll eventually see the difference.

2. Onion

This is one of the simplest hair loss remedies for men. Every alternative day, take a slice of onion and rub it on the areas from where you are losing your hair. When you observe redness on your skin, finish off the remedy with the application of some honey. You can also apply some onion juice to your hair so it promotes healthy growth.

3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a wonder herb. Grind some of its seeds with water and apply to your hair for about 40 minutes. Massage your scalp vigorously for a few minutes and wash it off with cold water. Continue with this natural hair loss treatment for a month, and you’ll notice a visible difference.

4. Triphala

Another sure-shot herbal hair loss treatment for men is with Triphala. Mix some Triphala powder in aloe vera gel and apply the paste to your hair. Make sure to continue with this hair loss remedy for at least 3 – 6 months.

5. Indian Gooseberry

Amla or Indian Gooseberry is a divine supplement. Mix in equal quantities and boil amla powder along with reetha and shikakai in 2 litres of water until it reduces to half. Cool the solution and apply to your hair and scalp. Leave it on for an hour. You can also mix some aloe vera gel and coconut oil for added benefits. Adopt this natural hair loss treatment for men at least thrice a week and you shall see wonderful results. All the ingredients promote and enhance your hair health.

You can also prepare an effective hair tonic with a piece of amla and some coconut oil. This will effectively stimulate the hair growth.

Another natural hair loss treatment is amla and lemon juice mixed in equal quantities. This can be used in place of your usual hair shampoo to prevent further loss.

6. Spinach

This is an edible hair loss treatment for men. Boil some spinach and lettuce leaves to drink this juice on a daily basis. Half a liter every day is sufficient!

8. Coconut Milk

The application of coconut milk is another essential treatment for hair loss in men. It promotes better hair health and also nourishes your scalp.
