Since apple cider vinegar helps cure fungal infections, you can use it for the treatment of canker sores. Mix a tbsp of ACV in a glass of water. Hold the solution in your mouth for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and rinse with regular water. Do this only once daily and relieve the symptoms.
2. Try Soothing Chamomile.
Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties. Use a tea bag as a hot compress and dab it over the sores for a couple of minutes and follow this twice daily.
3. Coconut Oil Is Beneficial.
How to get rid of canker sores? Try coconut oil. It’s antimicrobial in nature and helps relieve the sores. With the help of a cotton ball, dab some oil onto the affected areas and do this thrice every day.
