These are five basic yoga poses for beginners that benefit you even if you aren’t yoga pro!

1. Vrikshasana Provides Strength.

Vriksha means tree. Also called the Tree Pose, this yoga asana teaches the body to balance and also encourage muscular strength. The best part is that it increases concentration as well. 

2. Wish To Be Solid Like A Mountain? Practice Tadasana.

Tadasana or Mountain Pose builds strength, balance as well as patience. It’s among the best restorative yoga poses. It brings a lot of inner peace as well as calm. Once this basic yoga pose is mastered, you can then start with other poses succeeding Tadasana (including beginner as well as advanced levels).

3. Try Trikonasana For Perfect Stretching.

If you are troubled with problems like indigestion or depression, then this basic yoga for beginners pose will work wonders. It stretches the legs as well as torso, alleviates stiffness in the neck and back, and supports the nervous system.

4. Find Peace With Sukhasana.

The name itself suggests how this basic yoga routine is made for the beginners to practice. Sukhasana, also called the Easy Pose is amongst the various yoga poses for beginners that provides relaxation as well as a spiritual connection. It helps in preparing the body for other poses.

5. Adho Mukha Svanasana Increases Vitality.

Get rid of unnecessary fatigue as well as stress by performing Adho Mukha Svanasana. Downward Facing Dog Pose boosts blood flow towards the head and energizes you even better. It also stretches your chest and spine to enable better body posture.
