We don’t really have the time to reflect on the things affecting us. In fact, there often isn’t enough knowledge either. Vitamin A deficiency is most common among children in their growing ages. It leads to vision-related problems in both kids as well as adults. However, a sufficient amount protects the individual from several infections. It’s an antioxidant that guards immunity, but lack of it causes temporary or permanent damage to eyes, skin and the cell membranes.
