1. Turmeric Milk Cures Bruxism Causes.
Turmeric is anti-inflammatory as well as antibacterial. Regular consumption of turmeric stops the gnashing of teeth. So, add half a teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of warm water. Drink twice every day. Avoid this with blood thinning medicines.
2. Chamomile Tea Prevents Grinding Teeth In Sleep.
Ayurveda uses medicinal herbs for the treatment of various diseases. Chamomile is one such anti-inflammatory herb that contains antioxidants to help you de-stress. So, boil some of its tea leaves in a cup of water for 10 minutes and drink twice daily.
3. Hops Relieve Dental Problems.
Hops is a herb that helps alleviate nervousness, anxiety as well as insomnia. It’s often complemented with valerian root. you can use 5-10 grams of its tea leaves to prepare a cup of soothing tea and subside the uneasiness caused while sleeping.

Grinding teeth in sleep causes stress as well as anxiety. Ayurveda uses valerian as a sedative to induce sleep, relax the mind and reduce gnashing of teeth. So, boil a teaspoon of dried valerian root in a cup of water. Steep the tea for 5 minutes and strain. Drink before sleep.

Massages generate heat and increase blood circulation. So, use sesame oil for massaging your face and jaw since it’s considered beneficial for dental problems. Take one teaspoon of sesame oil and massage the lower jaw area in circular motions for 15 minutes before sleeping. This is a perfect cure to prevent grinding of teeth in sleep.
