It helps relieve the associated inflammation. You can also use coconut or peppermint oil to suck out the toxins.
2. Try Oatmeal Bath.

Since these are anti-inflammatory in nature, oral lichen planus symptoms can be relieved with an oatmeal bath twice weekly.
