1. Try An Aryuvedic Seed Powder.
Different types of Ayurvedic churnas have been beneficial in treating PMDD symptoms. So, try one of the mixes to heal yourself without any side effects. Grind dill seeds, fenugreek, carrot, and radish seeds in equal amounts. Take one teaspoon of the powder twice daily with lukewarm water for better results.
2. Treat PMDD Symptoms Jaggery.
Heat one teaspoon of clarified butter. Fry half a teaspoon of celery seeds, ginger root powder, and one small cube of jaggery. Turn the heat off when the jaggery melts. Consume this with a cup of warm milk daily and at least a week before your cycle starts.

Therefore, boil one teaspoon of crushed chasteberry along with anise star, rose petals and cinnamon in 4 cups of water. Steep the tea for 10 minutes and strain. Add one teaspoon of honey and drink once daily for a comforting impact.
5. Ginkgo Biloba Alleviates PMDD Symptoms.
The Ayurvedic herb ginkgo increases blood flow and reduces PMDD symptoms like headache and cramps. So, take 120mg of Ginkgo Biloba powder in divided doses throughout the day for better results.
