Chasteberry a.k.a. Vitex agnus castus is native to Europe and Asia. It’s a fruit that grows on the chaste tree that’s been in use as a dietary supplement for quite a few years now. Vitex agnus castus or chasteberry benefits by curing severe menopausal symptoms and problems as well as infertility. It is anti-inflammatory, antiviral and anti-cancerous in nature.
