Therefore, it is widely used in salads, vegetable stews, and even soups. Cabbage juice is now becoming a trend, attracting more and more health enthusiasts. Cabbage juice benefits in healing several bodily ailments.

What Are The Cabbage Benefits?

Belonging to the brassica family, cabbage is a cruciferous vegetable that’s all leafy and full of layers. It comes in a ball-like shape with colors like red, purple as well as green. Cabbage benefits include the richness of vitamin A, B, E, C, K along with calcium, iron, iodine, potassium, sulfur, phosphorus and foliate. How To Make Cabbage Juice?

Here’s how to make cabbage juice – take about 3 cups of freshly chopped cabbage and put it into a mixer. Add 400ml water and blend the two ingredients together. Transfer this juice in a glass and consume without straining to get the benefits of all the fibers. In case you do not like the taste, strain the mix and drink every morning.
