Infused water benefits your health in the most natural ways. It’s a fruity as well as minty infusion that acts as a potent health tonic. Also known as healing water, they leave a positive impact on your body when had regularly. Cucumber infused water and even strawberry infused water are gaining popularity, but what about other fruits, vegetables or herbs? There are tremendous amounts of infused water recipes to choose from. Here are seven.

Infused Water Recipes

1. Fenugreek Isn’t A Bitter Option.

Since fenugreek effectively aids your digestion, drink this healing water daily – in half a cup of overnight soaked fenugreek seeds, add around 3l water and drink this throughout the day in smaller doses. This will help relieve bloating as well as painful abdominal cramps.

2. Cinnamon Infused Water Is Wonderful.

Cinnamon is loaded with a high amount of antioxidants which help fight the free radicals. Therefore, in a small jar of water, soak a few pieces of the cinnamon bark and let it aside for 3-4 hours. Drink the infused water twice daily for that essential detox.

3. Basil Is A Household Healer.

The basil infused water is antimicrobial as well as anti-inflammatory in nature. It safeguards your body from infections and inflammations. So take some basil leaves, wash them properly, infuse in a jar of water for about 8 hours, and then drink the next day throughout.

4. Try Dried Ginger Water.

Ginger is beneficial for digestive problems and it can also cure seasonal allergies. Therefore, take some sun-dried ginger. Slice and add it to a jar of water. Let it steep for around 6 hours and drink it in smaller portions thereafter.

5. Classic Cucumber Infused Water

Slice a fresh cucumber and roughly chop some coriander as well as mint leaves. Add these to a jar of water and mix well. Drink the infused water daily for weight loss as well as detoxification. Remember to have it on an empty stomach or half an hour after your meals.

6. Drink Lemon & Strawberry Infused Water.

Take around 15-20 strawberries and one lemon. Slice and add them to a jar filled with water. Keep overnight and enjoy the drink next morning. You can also give the strawberry infused water a hint of freshness with some mint leaves.

7. Pineapple Water Is Fantastic Too.

Slice half a pineapple after removing the skin. Cut into cubes a peeled mango. And, add both the ingredients to half a glass of fresh coconut water. Infuse for about 30 minutes and have this healing water to even get rid of hangovers.
