Vitamin E is a fat-soluble compound that’s essential for the immune system. Therefore, a Vitamin E deficiency can make your internal defense mechanism inefficient to fight against alien bodies. It’s also significant for maintaining bone, skin and cardiac health. Otherwise, you are at the risk of contracting breast or oral cancer.
