Sitopaladi Churna is a wonderful Ayurvedic formulation that’s an all-in-one solution.  It has antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, analgesic as well as antiviral properties. Primarily, it builds your immunity and people with respiratory or digestive issues prefer consuming this churna. Sitopaladi is a slightly pungent yet sweet tasting herbal powder which is time tested and can treat a range of health conditions. Sitopaladi benefits the system in a very natural way. The Sitopaladi churna ingredients are five simple herbs that bring about positive changes in your body.

Sitopaladi Churna Ingredients

Sitopaladi churna uses the following herbs:

  • Sitopala or Misri (Rock sugar) – 16 parts
  • Tooagkshiru (Inner white part of a bamboo tree) – 8 parts
  • Pippali (Long pepper) – 4 parts
  • Ela (Cardamom) – 2 parts
  • Dalchini (Cinnamon) – 1 parts

The ingredients are ground into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle. The powder is then filtered and stored in an airtight container.

Sitopaladi Benefits

1. It Eases Respiratory Functioning.

When Kapha increases in the body, phlegm collects in the respiratory passages. Therefore, Sitopaladi acts as an expectorant. Each of the Sitopaladi churna ingredients helps loosen the mucus and clear the respiratory tracts. It’s beneficial in cold, cough, bronchitis, asthma, itchy throat and other seasonal allergies.

2. It Soothes Burning Sensations.

A lot of men and women experience a burning sensation in their feet and palms. Sitopaladi benefits as an anti-inflammatory agent to cool down the body.

3. Sitopaladi Is Helpful In Migraines.

Sitopaladi churna uses its pain relieving properties to alleviate discomforts in the safest way. Intake of an acceptable Sitopaladi Churna dosage and the needed lifestyle changes leave a better impact. You can also try these ayurvedic remedies for migraine.

4. It Stimulates Digestion.

Sitopaladi benefits the digestive system by invigorating the Agni (digestive fire). According to Ayurveda, low digestive power leads to the accumulation of toxins. These toxins cause constipation and other related problems. Therefore, Sitopaladi churna benefits in regulating the appetite. It boosts your metabolism and rids bloating, acidity, heartburn as well as gas.

5. It Regulates Diabetes.

Sitopaladi churna uses its medicinal potential to curb the symptoms of diabetes. All the Sitopaladi churna ingredients help control the unnecessary spike in the blood sugar levels. Just avoid having it with honey and rather add water.

6. It Also Cures Chronic Fever.

Sitopaladi churna ingredients have antiviral as well as antioxidative properties. A right Sitopaladi churna dosage will eliminate viral infections to treat typhoid and other kinds of fevers. To enhance your immunity, have 500mg of the churna with half a tsp of pure honey for at least 3 months and see the difference.

Sitopaladi Churna Dosage

Ayurveda recommends taking around 1-3 gms of Sitopaladi Churna twice or thrice daily with honey, water or ghee. You can consume it before or after meals. It’s also safe for kids as well as pregnant women.
