Soak a soft towel in warm water, squeeze out the excess and put it on your belly button daily for 10-15 minutes. This will ease out the belly button pain. A warm water shower can also leave a similar impact.
2. Salt Water Cures Infections.
With the help of a cotton ball, apply some salt water (salt + warm water) thrice daily on the infected area to reduce the pain. This will also improve blood flow.
3. Turmeric Is Therapeutic.
This golden spice is a healing agent. It is antibacterial, antiseptic, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory in nature to effectively reduce pain around the belly button. Either apply a paste of turmeric powder mixed in water or drink turmeric milk daily. Add some honey to boost your immune system.

The acetic acid in white vinegar is effective in case you’re having a fungal infection. Dilute the vinegar in water and apply for 20 minutes. Do this thrice every day to get rid of fungus and/or pus.
